How long is my data saved?

Your data and contacts do not expire for the duration of your subscription. If you'd like us to delete data we would be happy to, just contact us and let us know!

How is my data protected?

Your data is always encrypted when being transmitted over the internet. Only our executive team has direct access to the servers and data, we have 24/7 monitoring tools to look for suspicious activity, and we have cyber theft coverage.

Is ThankView cloud-based?

Yes! Our servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services.
