Account Lock Policy for Overdue Invoices
Effective 4/6/23, EverTrue will begin locking accounts with overdue invoices. What does that mean for you? If you're a ThankView user with an invoice over 90 days past due, users will not be able to log into any of their products. If you're a ThankView user utilizing ODDER, this lock-out applies to accounts with invoices past 120 days overdue.
To get back into your portal, reach out to your Customer Success Representative or contact ThankView Support.
