Exporting Metrics

1. Go to the Metrics page > click Export Metrics.
2. Select which report you'd like to export from the dropdown.

 Note: There are times that the page may respond longer and will get stuck in a 'loading' screen when there are too much data being processed. As long as you have applied your filters correctly, you can export metrics even though the page is still loading.

Report Types 

• Email Campaign Report: provides an aggregated overview of the selected campaigns, including metrics like Created By, Live Date, Sent, Delivered, Opened, etc.
• Email Campaign Data: the detailed data of the selected campaigns, such as Total Sends, Total Delivered, Clicked, Shares, Download, and more. This spreadsheet also includes URL links to the ThankViews that those recipients received.
• Email Recipient Data: a detailed report about the recipients of the selected campaigns, such as how many ThankViews they've opened, their engagement score, and their merge field information.
• Print Metrics Page: allows you to print the entire Metrics page.
