SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) is a secure file transfer protocol. An SFTP can automatically upload your ThankView data into the SFTP, which you can then connect to your CRM.

Exporting Metrics

You may also export your campaign and recipient metrics from the ThankView platform and upload those files into your CRM manually in order to update recipient records.
