Switching Between Portals

ThankView considers a client a multi-portal organization when there are three portals under one account. A multi-portal organization has an additional permission level called Super Admin which allows this user access to all portals within the organization.

Switching Portals

Super Admins have the ability to switch between all portals within the organization.

  1. Log into one of your Thankview portals and click the monogrammed dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click Switch Portals and make your selection.
  3. You will then be re-routed to the portal you selected.

Can multiple departments share one portal?

Technically, yes. You may add users from different departments to one ThankView portal. However, we recommend providing each department with their own unique portal for the following reasons:

  1. Teams may upload their unique contacts to the portal.
  2. It is easier to track metrics for different departments.
  3. Package details may differ in order to best meet the needs of individual departments. 
  4. If one department refers another to ThankView, we offer a discount at renewal.
