Configuring Default Campaign Settings

Setting campaign defaults is an efficient way to ensure the same selections for various elements when creating campaigns. Defaults you may set include:

  • Campaign Font
  • Envelope
  • Landing Page
  • Video Intro
  • Video Outro
  • Recording Details Displayed

Setting Campaign Defaults

  1. Log into your ThankView portal and click the monogrammed dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click Settings > My Portal
  3. Scroll down to Campaign Defaults.
  4. Beside each subheading, make your selections.
  5. Click Update.

Recording Details Displayed

Recording Details Displayed allows you to select or deselect the merge field options displayed when creating campaigns.
