Accessing Past Videos in Your 1:1 Video Library
Picture this: you hop into your 1:1 Video page and notice all of the videos you recorded yesterday are gone! What now? Rest assured, they're all safe and sound - we just refresh the list every night so you have a clean slate when you next need to record. Here we'll show you how to find those old recordings in your 1:1 Video Library and explore the area further.
Getting to Your 1:1 Video Library
Log in, navigate to your 1:1 Video page, and select the 1:1 Video Library button found in the bottom-left corner of your Video List.
Bringing Videos Back to Video List
To retrieve a previously-recorded video and add it back to your Video List for tweaking or re-recording, you can locate it in your library by scrolling through, filtering by the recording date, or using the search bar to find it by title or contact name (if a contact was linked to the video!). Select the video(s) you’d like to get back using their checkboxes, then click Confirm in the top-right corner. They will now appear in your Video List.
1:1 Video Library Actions
In addition to re-adding videos to your Video List, there are other actions you can take directly from your video library. If you click the Share arrow on the video card, you can select Copy Link + Thumbnail for quick pasting into an email, or you can use Preview Page to take a look at the Landing Page.
The ellipses give you the option to Edit Video, where you can add captions, trim, crop, etc. Here, you'll also find the option to Delete, erasing the video forever.
Check Out Quick Metrics
To the right of your video library thumbnails, you also get a quick glance at your metrics for a 1:1 video. You'll be able to see total views and CTA clicks. This quick glance is helpful if you don't have admin permission to view the full Metrics page.
