05/19/25: Cancelling Closed Caption Processing 

You can now cancel free automated closed captions if they’re stuck in processing or taking longer than expected to generate, giving you more control over your campaigns! This enhancement helps keep your outreach on track, since captions must fully process before a campaign can send. 

Here’s a quick look at how to cancel: 

1. Head to the Sends page of your campaign and open the All folder.
2. Locate a video with the CC Processing status.
3. Click the Minus (-) icon to access the cancellation prompt.
