• Who can use it? The AI Message Drafting Tool is available for Premium and Enterprise accounts, and can be accessed by users with Admin, Creator, or Designer permission levels.
• How to get it? It's not turned on automatically, so if your team wants to try it out, just reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email support@thankview.com to activate it!
