1/28/25: Engage with Non-Responders of Video Request Campaigns

We’ve added a new copy option to our Video Request campaigns, making it easier than ever to manage missing responses! With this enhancement, you can easily send targeted follow-ups to recipients who haven’t yet submitted their videos. No more manually tracking non-responders or editing copied campaigns to exclude those who haven’t already replied. 

When copying an email or text Video Request campaign, you’ll now see an option to Copy Recipients Who Haven’t Replied. Selecting this option creates a new campaign that includes only the non-responders, giving you an opportunity to modify your request instructions as needed for this particular group.
