02/17/26: Accessibility Alternative Text Updates

We have made a handful of updates to the alternative text written descriptions embedded in ThankView. These updates include:

• Organization Logo: We are now utilizing "organization name" so screen readers will read "[Your Organization Name] - Organization Logo", rather than just "Organization Logo". This update has been applied to 'Login', 'My Portal', and 'Landing Page'.
  • This update has also been applied to the "Powered by ThankView" logo on the bottom of landing page. Instead of this logo being referred to as "Logo", it will now be referred to as "Powered by ThankView - Logo".
• "Opened" icons on Sends Page: Updated with alternative text so screen readers will pick up the "Opened" status instead of having no label.
• Decorative images on Recordings Page: Images on recordings page have been marked as decorative so screen readers ignore them and focus only on meaningful images.
