While ThankView currently does not have an official app for mobile phones, the platform was still created to offer a great mobile experience through your phone's web browser. You can access ThankView by logging in through https://www.thankview.com/ or through a video request link.

When using ThankView on a mobile device, please keep in mind that, because different phones have different proprietary settings, ThankView pages may not look identical between different mobile phone types, like Apple vs. Android. Currently, ThankView does not have the ability to override these proprietary settings. 

FAQs

• If you're experiencing grainy video when recording, check your phone's native camera settings. We recommend recording directly through your phone's camera app then uploading it into ThankView. 
• If you're experiencing issues with ThankView in your phone's web browser, we recommend checking your browser settings. 
• For iPhone 12 users, if you're experiencing a grainy or overexposed video, you will need to convert the video file type before uploading it into ThankView. For instructions on how to resolve this, please read this external article.
