error code 224002

The error code 224002 can occur on a PC, Android, or iPhone. It means that there is an error loading the media file and it cannot be played.

"This page isn’t working, thankview.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500."  

This occurs when there are too many contacts, the download can't complete, and the platform times out. If this happens, please reach out to support@thankview.com

error code 101104 

When recipients receive this error code, it means that there is a network error. We recommend either trying again later or trying a different browser or device.

"unauthorized"

This message will appear if you do not have the correct permission level to create a campaign.  Please reach out to your organization's Admin to update your user permissions.

"Hmm.. something went wrong" 

This message sometimes appear when there is caching issue. Try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Make sure your browser is the most up to date version
• Clear the cache on your browsers
• Clear your browser's cookies and make sure third party cookies are not blocked 
• Double-check that ThankView has permission to use the webcam and microphone in your browser's settings
• Try a different browser 
• Try using a different device
