If you are using Cisco VPN, the issue may be related to the VPN flagging js.pusher (a library we use for icons and other platform functionality) as a malicious site. To resolve this, please whitelist the associated domain.

Additionally, this issue can occur when using an outdated operating system, browser, or device. Ensuring all are up to date may help prevent the problem.
