If you attempt to upload a spreadsheet and get a pop-up notifying you of invalid recipients, it means data was incorrectly uploaded into the ThankView platform. This could mean that certain data fields are missing, numbers are incorrectly formatted, etc. Click Download Invalid Recipients in the pop-up window in order to receive a .csv file of the invalid recipients with the reason they were considered invalid. You can then make the necessary edits and re-upload those recipients.
