Why am I receiving an error message when recording with my webcam?
If you are having trouble recording a video inside ThankView using your webcam:
- Make sure your browser has been recently updated.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Clear your browser's cookies and make sure third party cookies are not blocked.
- Check your browser's settings to make sure that ThankView has permission to access your microphone and webcam.
- Try a different browser.
