ThankView pages require TLS 1.2 to be enabled for security vulnerabilities found in TLS 1.1 and below. 

Here is how to enable TLS 1.2 for IE 11 or Microsoft Edge:

1. Open IE 11/Microsoft Edge and click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. 
2. Click the dropdown and select Internet Options.
3. Click Advanced and scroll all the way to the bottom. 
4. Check the Use TLS 1.2 box, then click OK.

This will enable TLS 1.2 in the browser and allow you to access ThankView.
