Making Adjustments to Scheduled Sends

You can schedule your ThankView campaigns to be sent up to one (1) year in advance. When scheduling, you’ll set the exact send time by selecting the hour, minute, and time of day (AM/PM). For Birthdays and Anniversaries campaign types, you can schedule messages to go out on a specific date for each recipient, ensuring your ThankViews arrive right on time.


Viewing Scheduled Sends

  1. In your campaign, go to the Schedule Sends section.
  2. On the left-hand side, click Scheduled.
  3. Under the Scheduled column, you'll see the exact date and time that your ThankViews are scheduled to send.

Changing Scheduled Sends

Perhaps you've created your campaign, sent a test, and scheduled the sends, but then you realize you need to make some changes. Without canceling or rescheduling your sends, you may edit the:

  • Landing Page
  • Envelope Appearance

However, we recommend canceling the scheduled send, making the edits, and then scheduling your send again. This will ensure that nothing, including the videos, will be unintentionally altered.


Canceling Scheduled Sends

  1. In your campaign, go to the Schedule Sends section.
  2. For all recipients, click Cancel Scheduled.
  3. For certain recipients, check the box next to their names, then click Cancel Scheduled.
