Displaying a PDF in a ThankView

Including a call-to-action element is an excellent way to drive your recipients to complete some sort of task or action after watching your video. You can display a PDF document directly beneath your video. The maximum file size that you can upload is 256 MB.

This feature is only available to Premium and Enterprise clients.

Displaying a PDF

  1. In your campaign, go to the Page section.
  2. Scroll down to Add a Link, Display a PDF, Embed a Form (optional).
  3. Select Display a PDF.
  4. Upload one (1) PDF by clicking the +Upload PDF button and selecting the .pdf file from your computer.
  5. Check the Enable Sharing box if you would like to allow your recipients to share their PDF.

PDF Use Cases

Including a PDF on your Landing Page is a great way to increase engagement. Some ideas for collateral you could use include:

  • End of fiscal or calendar year general reports

  • Alumni Newsletter or Magazine 

  • Gift proposals (major gift officers) 

  • Event Information 

  • Alumni Weekend or Event agendas, brochures, etc. 

  • Foundation updates 

  • Admission packet

  • K-12 parent overview or student handbooks
