Folders are a way to organize your videos in the Video Library - let's explore how to use them!

ThankView Folders

On the left-hand side of your Video Library, we've provided a few folders for you:

• Favorites: stores your frequently used or special videos. Simply click the Star icon of any video, and it will be stored here.
• Replies: holds all video replies you receive.
• Archive: allows you to move videos from your main page without permanently deleting them.

Create Your Own Folder

Click Create a Folder on the left-hand side of your Video Library and name it.

Once your folder is created, you can add any video to it:

1. Click the Edit icon at the bottom of the video you'd like to move to a folder.
2. Select your folder from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Save Details.

Video Library Settings

In your ThankView portal settings, you can enable a feature that ensures videos placed in folders will no longer appear under the All tab of your Video Library. Here’s how to turn this setting on:

1. Log into your ThankView portal, then click Settings > My Portal.
2. Scroll down to the Video Library Settings section.
3. Select Show only videos not in a folder to hide those videos from the All tab in the Video Library.
4. Click Update to save your changes.

Note: If this setting is enabled, the User filter on your Video Library will only display videos that remain in the All tab. Videos stored in specific folders will not appear in your filtered results unless you navigate to those individual folders and apply the User filter within them.
