Via Video Library

1. Go to your Video Library.

2. On the bottom right-hand side of the video, click the ellipses, then click Download Video.

3. You can also click the Edit icon and click Download Video from inside the editing panel.

Via Video Edit Page

1. Go to your Video Library.

2. On the bottom left-hand side of the video, click the Edit icon.

3. On the bottom right-hand side of the video, click the Download icon.

4. In the new window, click the ellipses on the bottom right-hand side of the video to download or right-click and Save Video As.

Recipient Downloads

Your recipients may download their video by clicking Save at the bottom of their landing page.

To turn off this feature, toggle off the Sharing button under the Page section of your campaign.
