Can I disable auto-mute on my ThankViews?

All ThankView videos auto-play when a recipient clicks to watch their video. Most browsers prevent video from auto-playing if there is sound. In order to guarantee that the video auto-plays, the video begins muted. This is a common practice of many sites that incorporate video, and our research suggests that view rates increase when videos auto-play.

Recipients can click the Tap to Unmute button on the upper left-hand side of the video. 

In order to keep with ADA compliance, if a recipient has the Reduced Motion setting turned on in their browser, the video will not auto-play on the landing page.
