Envelope, Thumbnail, or Animated Email Format?
The Message page is where you'll configure the email component of your campaign. This is the first point of contact your recipient has with their ThankView, so we want to make it count! You have a few different format options for this area, let's explore them.
The Different Formats
- Envelope Format: your videos will arrive in an envelope, and you have the option to build your own envelopes using your organizations branding. We see a 33% higher click-through rate on average using this format.
- Thumbnail Format: allows you to select a video thumbnail or upload an image.
- Animated Format: turns the first 3 seconds of your video into an animated gif. If you use an Intro Theme, this format will not use the Intro Theme as part of the animated gif.
People often ask, which is most effective when it comes to clickthrough rates? The short answer is that we have generally seen an increase in engagement with Envelope format, as it's a branded and customized experience for the recipient. However, it's completely up to your own taste - experiment and see what works!
